-Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Revision services are carried out in accordance with regeneration and combustion principles applied directly on the vehicle. Our DPF production department has a monthly capacity of manufacturing up to 1,500 units.
The processes we implement are conducted using high-tech equipment and fully comply with the systems and standards established in Europe.
The DPF is opened from both ends to perform a visual inspection. This process allows the detection of any potential cracks or structural inconsistencies.
The blockage level of the DPF, opened from both ends, is measured and recorded before and after the regeneration process.
After the regeneration process, the DPF is cleaned using a vacuum method, followed by crack inspection and light testing.
