-As REVMER – The Revision Center, we have the complete technical infrastructure for all types of steering rack restoration. In particular, we provide expert service for EPS (Electric Power Steering) Systems, which have become widespread since 2010, with our specialized team and state-of-the-art testing equipment.
In this field, we work in collaboration with our globally recognized solution partner MSG Equipment to perform fault diagnostics and updates for all types of steering racks.
Revision processes for electronically assisted steering racks are carried out under warranty. Upon completion, all steering systems are tested in conditions that simulate real vehicle operating environments.
For all types of steering pumps, pre-revision fault diagnostics and post-revision performance tests are conducted under simulated vehicle operating conditions, using either electrical or hydraulic testing methods.
For all hydraulic steering racks, we measure the flow parameters generated by the rack shaft to detect wear or leakage in the housing, Teflon rings, or seals. The testing of steering racks can be performed under various load conditions, simulating both driving and stationary (parking) scenarios.
To meet the needs and demands of our customers, we maintain a comprehensive inventory of all types of steering racks and steering pumps — including both reconditioned and brand-new units — suitable for all vehicle groups.
For users experiencing steering-related issues, we identify the source of the problem using advanced diagnostic tools and determine which components require repair. Following the restoration of the electric steering system, calibration and software updates are carried out directly on the vehicle.
In addition to the mechanical components of steering systems and steering racks, we are fully capable of repairing and replacing electronic circuits and control units. With the awareness that quality is never a coincidence, we continuously follow industry innovations to provide the highest level of service to our valued customers.
Before performing the restoration of a steering rack or pump, it is essential to identify the faulty component. This process requires high-tech diagnostic and testing equipment.
At our facility, we utilize advanced testing systems designed to simulate real vehicle operating conditions. All pre- and post-restoration tests are carried out in accordance with OEM standards and are backed by our service guarantee.
